The handmade large dumplings have a chewy skin, and the meat juices are well sealed inside, which was impressive. The salt ramen has a light and gentle broth, and the simple, traditional flavor is very calming. The fried rice is packed with finely chopped char siu, and the roasted aroma and umami spread throughout the mouth. It's interesting that you can choose between Sichuan-style and Shanghai-style mapo tofu, allowing you to enjoy it according to your preference. The restaurant has a TV playing, and the cheerful voices of the staff make it very comfortable. Even while preparing, their kindness in responding pleasantly was conveyed, and I was able to enjoy my meal with a warm feeling.
