Kangsochiknenmyeon

The signature menu item, cold noodles, comes in three varieties: bibim cold noodles, water cold noodles, and codari cold noodles, all of which are exquisite. Additionally, the king tonkatsu is beloved by many for its size and tenderness. The side dish includes refreshing raw lettuce, allowing for a well-balanced overall flavor experience.

The interior has a friendly atmosphere and a warmth typical of a local restaurant. There are tables for two, making it an environment where one can easily visit alone. On weekends, it gets crowded with many people, and there may be a wait time, but the service is smooth, allowing you to enjoy your meal right away.

In the past, we operated as a kimchi stew restaurant, but now we are well-loved as a cold noodle specialty shop. We are cherished by the locals and are gradually spreading our reputation.
