This is a yakitori restaurant located on the second floor of a building, featuring a counter and tables in a relaxing space. The aroma of charcoal is pleasant, and skewers that are carefully grilled one by one are served. The handmade tsukune is fluffy, and the crunchy texture of the cartilage is enjoyable. The chicken liver sashimi, freshly delivered from Kobayashi City, has a melting texture that makes you want to order more. The specialty grilled pig's trotters are savory, and they can be enjoyed with ponzu for a refreshing taste, leaving you satisfied. Squeezing lemon on the vegetable skewers and cheese rolls enhances the flavor, and they pair well with bottled beer and highballs.
