Bone-in Chicken

Without thinking, just bite into the famous Sanuki 'Bone-in Chicken'... that's all it takes for the sake to be delicious!!!!

Bone-in Chicken (Young or Old)

What accumulates under the plate is a special spice and chicken juice that creates a 'Umami Oil.' At our restaurant, the way to enjoy this deep-flavored oil is by dipping cabbage or rice into it! The 'Young' chicken is plump, tender, juicy, and recommended for first-timers. The 'Old' chicken has a firm texture. The more you chew, the more flavor seeps out, making it a connoisseur's taste.
