Ryori Ryokan Hirai-tei is a historic ryokan with a 100-year history, located by the banks of the Nabari River, surrounded by the charm of its serene mountain environment. The beautifully reconstructed wooden building, built with local materials, offers a cozy atmosphere where guests can enjoy breathtaking natural views alongside their meals. The dishes, including the exquisite charcoal-grilled iwana (mountain trout), are so delicious they leave you speechless.
