そば粉は 青森県と秋田県にまたがる十和田湖の外輪に広がる
広大な蕎麦畑で畑作栽培した玄蕎麦を使用。
繋ぎの小麦粉などは一切使わずグルテンフリーのコシの強い十割の蕎麦。
蕎麦粉の挽きぐるみと、蕎麦の中心部の白い蕎麦粉を
否否三杯用に独自にオリジナルブレンドし、
そこにを季節の蕎麦を加えてシーズンごとのそばを提供します。
香りと歯切れの良さにこだわった、十割蕎麦の
風味豊かな香りとのどごしを最大限にお楽しみください。
