4.2

The handmade noodles are firm and smooth, going down easily. Their slightly thick and uneven appearance gives a strong homemade feel, and the more you chew, the more you can enjoy their elasticity. The broth, infused with the aroma of dried sardines, bonito flakes, and kelp, is elegant and pairs well with the noodles. The chicken tempura has a pleasant texture in the batter, and when combined with tartar sauce, it's irresistibly delicious. The soft-boiled egg tempura has a creamy yolk that is simply delightful. The new and modern interior allows you to see the noodle-making area, making it enjoyable, and there are counters and raised seating available, along with convenient parking.
