Fukazanso Takamiya

Founded in 1716, Miyamaso Takamiya is a long-established hot spring inn located on a hill in Zao Onsen, Yamagata Prefecture. Despite its size of only 19 rooms, it boasts 9 unique baths where guests can enjoy milky, flowing hot spring water. The guest rooms are beautifully renovated from traditional storehouses, and some even feature private open-air baths, allowing for a luxurious experience.
