It's a shop located in an alley that you can walk to from the station, resembling a bit of a hidden gem. The interior is stylish, with a pleasant atmosphere created by Chinese bar-style lanterns and music. The gyoza is perfectly grilled, with a chewy skin and a meaty filling that is irresistible. The vinegar, soy sauce, and chili oil are thoughtfully crafted, enhancing the homemade flavor and expanding the ways to enjoy it. The shumai is soft and juicy, and can be enjoyed refreshingly with vinegar that has a hint of Sichuan pepper aroma. The cumin-scented edamame and sausages are also impressive, pairing well with cilantro and the special sauce.

The cozy interior of the restaurant is comfortable with Chinese bar-style lanterns and pleasant music. The gyoza is perfectly grilled, with a chewy skin and a filling packed with the umami of the meat, providing a satisfying experience. There is a variety of dipping sauces, including garlic soy sauce, vinegar with a hint of Sichuan pepper, and homemade chili oil, making the flavor variations enjoyable. The shumai has a nice texture with a softness that is complemented by a light, tangy vinegar. The aroma of five-spice powder wafts from the deep-fried chicken, and the cumin-scented edamame and crunchy menma are also irresistible. The fried rice has a good accent from the pickled ginger, and I was engrossed in eating it, while the deliciousness of the soft-boiled egg also left a lasting impression.
