Visito este lugar cada vez que hago una peregrinación al santuario de Fujii Kaze. Esta es la cuarta vez. The shrimp tomato cream pasta was excellent, with a perfect match between the noodles and the sauce. The noodles were chewy, and the sauce was rich with deep flavors. It's a taste that can't be replicated.
The pizza also had my favorite crispy crust, topped generously with cheese and ingredients, which made me very satisfied.
The seating was in a room where live performances were held. There were decorations of Kazusan's merchandise and photos of Senri-san.
I was truly happy to be able to dine in a place where Kazusan once performed live.
The staff were kind and pleasant, which was great.

I visited the village of Sakusho with Kazumin-san. Since it was a weekday, I was able to enjoy my meal slowly. Thank you very much. The noodles were like kishimen. They were soft and chewy. There were photos of Kazumin and Senri.

We were guided to a seat with a beautiful view and enjoyed a leisurely meal. Each of us ordered a set of pasta and pizza, which we shared. Both my husband and I prefer the classic thin noodles for the pasta, and we found the pizza to be delicious due to its thin crust and crispiness. The room had a stylish arrangement of furniture and decorative items, which gave a sense of good taste. Next time, I would like to try a different menu.

This restaurant is a hideaway on top of a small hill. Kaze Fujii had a live concert there before his debut, and his photos and autographs from that time are on display. The food was very tasty and tender. I had the pasta lunch with shrimp and mushrooms in tomato cream sauce. The pasta was made with hand-pulled noodles, a local specialty, and the tomato sauce was a perfect match. The bread and pudding were also very tasty. I hope that fans and non-fans alike will go there to enjoy the delicious and gentle pasta.

The salad dressing was also excellent!
I spent a very nice time at the restaurant, which was decorated with old photos of Kaze Fujii, where I wrote messages of support and enjoyed the beautiful view from the hilltop.

It is about 15 minutes on foot from Satosho station. It was a quiet country road on a clear autumn day, and it was so long and quiet that I wondered if the restaurant was really located in such a place.
We made a reservation for lunch the day before and visited during the best time of the year for makodo bamboo shoots. We had a very tasty pasta dish sauteed in garlic and oil. The sides and drinks were also very good. I would be happy to come here just for the food.
We were kindly served and told that there was a room with posters of Kaze Fujii and others. Everyone was writing messages on ribbons and tying them to the front fence before leaving. It was light blue before, and now it looks like it has been changed to pink.
