The flashy two-story building right by the station catches the eye, making it easy to enter even for first-timers. The first floor has a counter, so I was able to relax even while drinking alone. The staff is friendly, and communication in Japanese is smooth, which is reassuring. Eating the cabbage appetizer with garlic miso made it impossible to stop using my chopsticks from the very beginning. The skewers, such as liver and pork tongue, were grilled to perfection, and the rich miso paired especially well with the grilled chicken. It was a satisfying izakaya that was convenient for both a quick drink and a party with friends.
