At Jibukudonson, we offer sashimi and sushi made with domestically farmed salmon. The salmon sashimi can be enjoyed with vinegar miso, wasabi, and soybean flour, and when eaten with vegetables, it provides a refreshing taste. Additionally, the spicy soup is also popular, and you can freely choose the ingredients at the self-serve bar.

The store is spacious, and there is plenty of seating even on holidays. There is also a parking lot available, making access convenient. It is located on the second floor, but you can reach it by just going up a few stairs.
