La Rigiere

La Riziere offers fresh, market-driven Asian cuisine in the heart of Aubusson, with influences from Chinese and other regional traditions. Dishes are prepared to order using locally sourced ingredients, and there is a generous choice for vegetarian guests. The absence of a fixed menu allows the kitchen to focus on what is seasonally available. A simple setting and attentive, multilingual service create an inviting dining experience popular with locals.
