Silver Dragon is a branch of the famous restaurant 'Rouran' known in Suzuka, offering authentic Sichuan dishes. The flavors and spiciness of the dishes are perfectly balanced, with the numbing sensation of Sichuan pepper and the heat of chili being particularly appealing. In a casual and cozy atmosphere, you can fully enjoy popular menu items such as dumplings, mapo tofu, and dan dan noodles.

The seating was widely spaced and the atmosphere was safe and comfortable with few young people enjoying their meals. The menu was extensive, and we ordered Sichuan hoi khoi, chicken on a stick, fried greens, fried egg with tomatoes, sweet-and-sour pork, fried rice, fried dumplings, and green onion ramen noodles, all of which were delicious and very satisfying. We will definitely revisit when we stay in Shirako again. Thank you very much for the delicious meal.
