Udonggage

Udongage is an udon shop run by the older brother of the Goyata Hachiya restaurant. Inside the shop, there is a kitchen and a counter seat, where the owner makes udon noodles by hand alone. The menu features Japanese-style bukkake udon that does not use chili powder, with thin noodles that have a firm texture and a chewy elasticity. The noodles are boiled immediately after ordering, so they can be enjoyed promptly. The small and clean interior, located in a lively area, attracts many customers.
