3.1

The three-wheeled somen noodles were smooth and had a great texture, and the richness of the broth was just right, which was impressive. The light snack of fried somen bits that came as an appetizer was fragrant, making the wait enjoyable. There were many unusual menu items like sweet vinegar pickled burdock and tempura, and the crunchy texture was addictive. The vegetable sauce generously poured over the fried gyoza was made from homegrown vegetables, and the sweetness stood out. The local sake 'Ancient Road' was crisp and dry, pairing perfectly with the dishes. It was a warm atmosphere in the shop run by an elderly person, where I could relax and chat about everyday topics.
