As I climbed the stairs and entered the store, I was greeted by a lively atmosphere with sunshades and partitions separating the horigotatsu (sunken kotatsu) and private rooms. The staff were very cheerful, and their impressive speed in coming over before I even called them was notable. It was convenient to be able to order via smartphone, allowing me to add drinks without interrupting the conversation. The sashimi platter that arrived first was incredibly fresh, and the melt-in-your-mouth texture of the medium fatty tuna made me smile involuntarily. Next, I enjoyed the Hakata-style motsunabe (beef tripe hot pot), which had plump tripe full of flavor, and when I added ramen at the end, I was able to enjoy every last drop of the soup. The fluffy Mishima croquettes were also well-received, and I had a wonderfully satisfying time chatting with my friends.
