A Showa-era themed hidden izakaya

Ajito-ya Hiyoshi is a hidden izakaya inspired by the Showa era. The particularly popular motsunabe (beef tripe hot pot) is a masterpiece that utilizes ingredients from the authentic Kyushu region, captivating visitors. Additionally, you can enjoy other dishes such as yakitori and fried chicken wings, all while experiencing warm hospitality and spending a comforting time.

The nostalgic atmosphere is pleasant, and both the exterior and interior have a fun Showa-era style. It's conveniently located near the station, making access easy. The private room style allows for relaxation, and the staff are kind. The offal hot pot is filled with plenty of vegetables and the soup is delicious, finishing off with champon noodles. The grilled chicken, fried chicken wings, croquettes, and salad with prosciutto were all satisfying in taste. Horse sashimi is also on the menu, which caught my interest.
