The teppanyaki restaurant on the top floor of the hotel has a great view. The service is calm, and once you are seated, you can relax comfortably. The scallops and fish grilled right in front of you are cooked perfectly, enhancing the aroma of butter. The fillet and ribeye of Hokkaido beef each have their own distinct flavors, providing a sense of satisfaction. The grilled vegetables and the grilled rice balls with shako and takana in dashi tea are also fragrant and go down smoothly. They pair well with wine and champagne, and together with the scenery, it elevates your mood.
