Located inside an Aeon Mall, it's easy to order using the touch panel once you take your seat. The wait time for the food is short, and I was able to enjoy the seafood bowl right away. The bowl is topped with plenty of locally caught fish, and the freshness of the sashimi stands out. The rice is just the right amount, and you can really taste the sweetness of the rice. The fried horse mackerel is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, making it feel light enough to eat several pieces. They also offer stewed dishes and namerou, which are unique to Boso, so I think it's a place where you can fully enjoy the bounty of the sea.
