Mashed lily bulb, yam, and potato are mixed with minced chicken thigh, wrapped in five-colored rice crackers, and topped with golden dashi sauce.

This is a rolled omelette filled with plenty of golden dashi. It is made fresh upon order, so you can enjoy it fluffy and piping hot.
