There is a warm atmosphere created by the family running the place, and I felt at ease the moment I walked in. I chose the grilled yellowtail collar from the daily special menu, and the flesh was plump, with the rich flavor of the fat spreading in my mouth. Even the side dishes like hijiki seaweed and pickles were carefully prepared, making each bite a delight. The seasoning was so satisfying that I could eat it all the way to the end without getting bored, and I kept wanting more rice. The miso ramen and cutlet ordered by the table next to me also looked delicious, making me want to try different dishes next time. The lively interior, filled with local regulars, also made for a very comfortable atmosphere.
