At our shop, please enjoy the autumn flavors of nameko cultivated on logs♪ *Available until nameko runs out.
This is a flavorful duck seiro with grilled green onions and burdock♪
Ordinary soba is made with second and third grade flour, but Sarashina soba is made with first grade flour. Fuku's Sarashina soba is milled using a stone mill without hulling, resulting in a darker color and a strong texture with a smooth finish, lacking the unique aroma of buckwheat. *When the flour is unavailable, Sarashina soba will be temporarily unavailable.*
The dressing is a refreshing soba salad mixed with soba sauce and wasabi.
'The tempura includes 【Shiso leaves】【Long yam tempura】【Eggplant】【Kakiage (Carrot, Burdock, Yacon)】【Pumpkin】【Corn】【Green pepper】【Maitake mushrooms】, and we will serve 6 to 7 varieties from these. 'Due to harvesting conditions, there may be changes in ingredients.'
The small portion will have 2 to 3 fewer items than the regular portion.
[3 Shrimp][Maitake Mushroom][Eggplant]
Gohan is a service, so please let us know when you place your order.
