In a quiet location, there is a house where a cheerful landlady greets you with a smile as you open the door. Just the time spent listening to her explanations while looking at the handwritten extensive menu is exciting. The homemade thick country-style soba has a firm texture, and the aroma of buckwheat fills your mouth. The dipping sauce is milder than it looks, with a moderate sweetness that clings well to the noodles. The impressive tempura has a greater presence of the ingredients than the batter, allowing you to enjoy the sweetness of the vegetables and the juiciness of the chicken. It is a very cozy place where both your stomach and heart are satisfied in a relaxed atmosphere.
