Sim Ga Myeonok

The kalbitang at Simgamyeongok is characterized by its clear broth and tender meat, and is richly filled with ingredients such as enoki mushrooms, jujubes, and carrots. In particular, the nutritious kalbitang is served in a stone pot, providing a sense of warmth and luxury. The kimchi and cubed radish kimchi, served as basic side dishes, also enhance the flavor of the dish.
