Everyone loves it! This is a luxurious course that comes with a black beef steak. The juicy black Wagyu beef fills your mouth with sweet fat every time you bite into it, making it a very satisfying dish!
For the weaning ceremony, we prepare a "celebratory meal" of one soup and three vegetables. We select the ingredients and prepare the food with care, with the hope that the child will have no trouble finding food in the future.
Direct from Lake Hamana! Using carefully selected eels. This is the best for hospitality as only a restaurant specializing in eels can offer! At Komatsu-en, we have four key points to ensure that the eel is juicy when it enters your mouth! Thanks to the feedback from previous spicy reviews, we have made improvements that have led us to a delicious eel that bursts with umami with just one bite. Imagine this: after entering the restaurant and ordering eel, if you wait a little while... this umami-rich eel, perfectly grilled to a golden brown, will arrive right in front of you! Feel free to dig in as much as you like. Be careful, as it will be piping hot! Blow on it and savor the umami-rich eel while munching away! You can't help but exclaim, 'Wow, this is amazing!' The sauce, based on 'tamari soy sauce' from a local soy sauce maker that has been in business for over 180 years, is mixed with slightly firm rice for a delightful experience! It’s pure bliss. However, since each eel is prepared from live ones, there may be days when it is difficult to serve, especially on busy reservation days. Please make your reservations early to avoid disappointment.
The melt-in-your-mouth umami is a skill achieved by carefully preparing larger eel and grilling it over authentic charcoal! You can enjoy a sufficient volume even with just half of one eel!
