4.1

The Korean dishes that incorporate Okinawan ingredients are all delicious and exciting. You can enjoy Yukhoe and steak made with Yamashiro beef, as well as beef hot pot, which really conveys the richness of the meat. The namul has a gentle flavor that highlights the quality of the ingredients, and the japchae is made with black-haired wagyu, resulting in a fragrant finish. The freshly made dishes are also hearty, and sharing them with everyone allows you to enjoy a variety of flavors, which is delightful. The spiciness of the stews and seafood stir-fry is just right, making it so delicious that you can't stop eating. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice, and the service is attentive, allowing for a fun time paired with Korean drinks.

The dishes convey the quality of the ingredients, and I feel happy from the first bite. The namul and japchae have a good balance of flavors, and the wagyu japchae, which is finished on a hot iron plate after ordering, is particularly impressive. The portions are generous, so sharing allows everyone to try a variety of dishes. It also makes good use of Okinawan ingredients, and I’m delighted to enjoy dishes like Yamakawa beef yukhoe, steak, and beef hot pot. There are also authentic dishes with a kick of spiciness, making it enjoyable to keep eating. With a cozy atmosphere and attentive service, I was able to savor my meal at a leisurely pace.
