Paul Bassett's summer limited menu includes mask melon cookie choux, melon ice cream latte, and melon shake. In particular, the melon cookie choux is filled with plenty of sweet melon ice cream inside a crispy crumble cookie choux, and the nut topping and chocolate sauce match perfectly.

The store is located behind the National Museum of Korean History, on the first floor of The K-Town Tower. Inside the store, advertisements for new menu items are displayed, creating a bright atmosphere that welcomes visitors.
