A long-established restaurant showcasing exquisite yakitori and 100% buckwheat soba

This restaurant offers delicious yakitori and dishes made with carefully selected ingredients. In a comfortable atmosphere, the fragrant yakitori and the light and refreshing offal stew are exceptional. Particularly noteworthy is the ultra-fine 100% buckwheat soba made by the artisan owner, which is a taste you won't forget once you've tried it. Enjoy a luxurious moment savoring yakitori and finishing off with soba.

The skewers grilled over charcoal are fragrant and whet the appetite. The bonito sashimi has no unpleasant smell, and when paired with garlic, its deliciousness is further enhanced. Grilled fish such as yellowtail collar and salmon belly are also perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of fat. There is also a refreshing offal stew, which is irresistible to nibble on in between. The hand-made soba noodles served at the end are thin and have a delicate texture, allowing you to fully enjoy their aroma. A dish of grilled tofu topped with grated daikon is also to my liking and pairs well with drinks.
