A cozy standing sushi bar

Couscous is a standing sushi bar that features rice made with red vinegar and fresh toppings. The lively atmosphere allows for a casual dining experience, and smoking is permitted inside. The selection of sake is extensive, with dry sake highly recommended.

In a calm space with only a counter, it feels very comfortable. The rice made with red vinegar has a gentle acidity and crumbles smoothly in the mouth, enhancing the flavor of the toppings. The horse mackerel is fresh with a crunchy texture, and the surf clam is lightly blanched, giving off a pleasant aroma, both of which are satisfying. The fluffy eel is also impressive and brings a smile to my face. It's enjoyable to choose from the items on the blackboard, and with some snacks available, the drinks flow easily. There is a strong emphasis on sake and Japanese wine, making it easy to linger longer than intended.
