As I entered the store, a fragrant aroma spread throughout, and my stomach couldn't help but growl. The okonomiyaki being grilled right in front of me had fluffy, tender cabbage, and the sweetness of the vegetables stood out. The thin noodles were well coated with the special sauce, allowing me to enjoy it without getting bored until the end. Choosing the mix brought alternating textures of noodles and udon, making it a delightful experience in my mouth. Adding melting cheese increased the richness, and I couldn't help but smile. I think this place, where I could leisurely savor my meal at a table, embodies the warmth rooted in the community.
