Delicious yakitori and fried chicken from a specialty shop

Tori Puro Ion Town Himeji is well-supported as a specialty shop for yakitori and fried chicken. The yakitori is significantly tastier than supermarket options, and you can enjoy the choice between 'tare' (sauce) and 'shio' (salt). Their secret recipe fried chicken, in particular, boasts a rich soy sauce and garlic flavor that leaves a lasting impression. With tender and juicy meat, it's the perfect dish for home meals or as a companion to beer.

While I was stopping by after shopping, I was drawn in by a savory smell. The showcase was lined with skewers and bento boxes, and it was fun to choose between salty and sauced flavors. I ordered asparagus rolls, plum shiso skewers, and crispy skin snacks, all of which had a strong charcoal flavor. The liver was sprinkled with sesame salt, and the mild richness and savoriness were exquisite. The packaging was careful, and I was happy that the deliciousness remained the same even after reheating it at home. Thanks to that, I was able to munch on it during my break and was completely satisfied.
