BODEGA is the only pizzeria in Osaka that offers authentic Neapolitan pizza, continuing the tradition of Seirinkan. Under the belief that "pizza is something to be enjoyed for its dough," the dough is made with high-quality flour from Fukuoka and fermented for 24 hours, resulting in a crispy yet moist texture that enhances the freshness of the tomatoes and cheese. The interior has a comfortable bar-like atmosphere, and the extensive alcohol menu pairs perfectly with the food, especially the marinara, which is great with drinks.
