You can relax in a calm Japanese space with tatami mats. The interior, remodeled from a house, truly feels like home, making it easy for families to unwind. Once seated, you can choose between warm or cold tea, and the soba sushi is served right away, which is delightful. The thin, neatly made hand-crafted soba has a firm texture that surprised me. The tempura has a light, crispy batter, and it tastes even better when eaten with the noodles. Coupled with the warm atmosphere created by the owner couple and the well-maintained garden, I was able to spend a comforting time.
