Hokkaido Soba Sakura offers delicious 100% soba made from Hokkaido's Nagawa buckwheat flour. The interior is clean and exudes a pleasant sense of openness. You can choose between thick and thin noodles, both known for their unique texture and flavor. The warm soba and seasonal tempura are also exceptional.

The interior has a calm atmosphere and is very comfortable. The 100% buckwheat noodles made from soba sourced from contracted farmers in Hokkaido have a rich flavor. I was impressed to learn that they are made with soft natural water from the basement of the main store, resulting in a clean taste. The chilled tanuki soba, with its combination of bonito aroma, shredded egg, cucumber, seaweed, and tempura bits, is enjoyable and delicious. The soba choko (soba cup) is provided, and it was nice to eat it by dipping rather than pouring it over. Additionally, the inclusion of soba-yu (soba water) is a pleasant touch and brings a sense of comfort.
