Upon entering the restaurant, the cheerful greeting from the staff is pleasant, allowing you to relax immediately. The retro atmosphere reminiscent of the Showa era and the wall full of handwritten menus create an exciting space. The hijiki served as an appetizer is seasoned strongly, making it delicious enough to pair well with drinks right from the start. The sashimi is so fresh that it has a sharp edge, and the texture of the octopus and amberjack is impressive. It's delightful to enjoy both classic dishes and unique variations, such as potato salad with wasabi and bubbling hot chili con carne. The namero and spice-scented curry paratha are also exquisite, and before you know it, your glass is empty as the dishes enhance the experience.
