Dishes made primarily with ingredients from Hokkaido are presented, allowing you to truly appreciate the quality of the ingredients. The organic tomato sauce pomodoro has a light flavor that keeps you from getting bored until the end. The braised chicken wings are tender and have a deep umami that is irresistible. The burdock and carrot potage is delicious whether served warm or cold, with a gentle texture. Baked goods like chocolate cake and chiffon cake are moist and fluffy, with a refreshing aroma of yuzu and lemon. Even for takeout, it's easy to warm up and serve, allowing you to enjoy a relaxed restaurant atmosphere at home.

The takeout-only shop in Nagunuma is exciting from the moment you receive your order. The dishes, utilizing Hokkaido-produced ingredients and homemade seasonings without additives, allow you to truly appreciate the gentle flavors of the ingredients. The four types of scones, including rum raisin and banana chocolate, are sweet and fragrant, making you feel happy when paired with tea. The chicken tomato stew bento, simmered to perfection, pairs excellently with rice and remains delicious even when reheated. The moist and fluffy chiffon cake, as well as the butter cake with a refreshing aroma of yuzu lemon, were light and easy to eat. There is also a wide variety of unique flavors, such as the pesticide-free mugwort and white chocolate scone, which is surprising in its range of offerings.
