A heartwarming and cozy hideaway

Located in Noge, DOT3 is a charming, warm-hearted izakaya run by an individual owner, where you can feel a sense of comfort every time you visit. The friendly service from the owner and the cozy atmosphere naturally put people at ease, allowing customers to enjoy conversations with one another. The house-made curry, in particular, pairs exquisitely with sake and is definitely worth trying. Additionally, there is a wide selection of Japanese sake to enjoy with various dishes, offering new discoveries each time.

It's a small shop centered around the counter, where you can relax and drink even alone. The grilled chicken skewers have the classics, and the skin, negima, and liver are fragrant and satisfying. The chicken liver paste spreads its richness when paired with crackers, making it very addictive. There are also garlic-marinated gizzards and pickled squid from the Hokuriku region, which pair well with sake. There are several types of sake from Shinshu, and it's nice that you can enjoy them at room temperature. The staff has a calm demeanor, and the service is proper, making for a pleasant experience.
