After walking a little from the station, you arrive at the shop, where a calm atmosphere at the counter welcomes you. The chef's careful sushi preparation and the cheerful service from the proprietress instantly make you feel relaxed. The chirashi sushi I ordered for lunch had a rich variety of toppings, so colorful that the rice was hardly visible. With each bite, the freshness of the tuna and sweet shrimp was evident, and I couldn't help but smile at the generous portions of crab and salmon roe. The miso soup made with fish broth and the crisp salad provided a refreshing finish. Even the final almond tofu was made with care, leaving both my stomach and heart completely satisfied.
