Located along a riverside promenade, it has a casual atmosphere where you can stop by easily. You can enjoy views of the valley from the windows and the garden terrace, which lifts your spirits. The interior features several small spaces with tables, allowing for a calm seating experience. The handmade soba noodles are firm and have a pleasant chewiness with a slightly wider texture. The wild vegetable soba has a fresh aroma, and you can truly taste the essence of the mountains. The noodles served on a bamboo tray, along with the small dishes of omelet, white sesame salad, and shrimp wrapped in yuba, are all carefully prepared, and the tempura has a light, crispy batter.
