At the entrance, a smart-looking Kishu dog welcomed me, and I felt warm even before entering. The ordering style involves writing on paper and handing it to the staff, and while waiting, it's exciting to hear the call for freshly grilled items. The skin, bonjiri, and liver are all fragrant, and the rich flavor of the fat spreads pleasantly, making me feel happy. You can choose from sweet sauce, garlic-spiced spicy sauce, and umami salt, allowing you to enjoy according to your mood that day. The freshly fried menchi-katsu and nankotsu karaage are also crispy, and I was thoroughly satisfied with the menu beyond just skewers. In the eat-in space with a stove, I could relax with a can of alcohol in hand, and I ended up staying longer than intended.
