This calm shop retains the atmosphere of the Showa era and is very comfortable. The soba noodles are thin, and they are nicely chilled in cold water, making them pleasant to slurp. The dipping sauce is served in a tokkuri (a traditional Japanese flask), and in addition to green onions and wasabi, quail eggs and hijiki seaweed are also included, making it enjoyable. The tempura and kakiage (mixed tempura) are delicious, and I was satisfied with the udon and soba dumplings as well. There are table seats and raised seating areas, allowing for a relaxed experience. A quiet music box-style BGM plays in the background, and the staff is refreshing and creates an easy-going atmosphere.
