Fugu no Karaage (Fugu Fried Fish) We enjoyed seafood for dinner. Sashimi, sushi, simmered dishes, and grilled dishes are all delicious and happy. The kingfish sashimi was served with soy sauce with liver. I often don't like liver, but it was a liver that I could eat without much habit. The seared live horse mackerel was also easy to eat because it had no peculiar smell. I like sashimi of fugu, but I think I like deep-fried fugu the best. It is so fluffy. The final dish is kamameshi (rice cooked with octopus). It is a varied rice dish that can be served with tea-soy sauce in the middle of the meal. I felt like I was in the Dragon's Palace with all the seafood that came out one after another. LOL! I am happy to have had a wonderful dinner to close out the year, and I have eaten a lot of food in 2018~(^-^). I am once again thankful for the days when I can feel this. I hope that next year will be another year of enjoying food with the people I love.
