The calm interior with a spacious tatami room fills you with excitement from the moment you enter, thanks to the wonderful aroma of charcoal. It is a joy to enjoy the smell of eel being slowly grilled over charcoal while waiting for it to be served. The grilled eel is fluffy and light, with a fragrant char that pairs perfectly with the rice. You can enjoy a change in flavor by adding the sweet sauce that has soaked into the rice, along with the sauce provided on the side. The time spent nibbling on crispy fried fish bones while savoring the saltiness of the grilled chicken is also fantastic. The warm hospitality of the couple made for a comfortable experience, and I felt relaxed and satisfied until the very end.
