I went there to have a Tamatebako lunch. Especially, the tofu with purple sweet potato is like Japanese sweets, and the tofu with sweet bean paste has a very Japanese flavor. The tofu dengaku is seasoned with miso and sansho (Japanese pepper) and is a great accompaniment to rice. Other dishes such as "ganmono" and "sweet potato and green bean dumplings" were also very gently seasoned, and even though I was quite full, they did not upset my stomach and left me feeling refreshed and full. The after-dinner dessert of sihuong cake (the type of cake may change each time) was melt-in-your-mouth delightful. Although it is an extra charge, I highly recommend you to have it with a cup of "tea". The tea will surely enhance the exquisite sweetness and tenderness of the dish.

I always go there for the "Tamatebako Lunch". I enjoy the atmosphere of the restaurant and the food, which is seasonal and delicious. The chiffon cake for dessert at the end of the meal is especially delicious and makes for great after-dinner conversation. Although it is an extra charge, it is definitely best to have it with a cup of tea.

The view of the garden from inside the restaurant was lovely. The tamatebako also contained a variety of food and I was very full.
