The squid menchi has a wonderful aroma, and the deliciousness spreads from the first bite. It is filled with crunchy squid and crisp onions, making for a fun texture. There are slightly spicy types, basic flavors, and corn-filled mayonnaise flavors, each with its own merits. The scallop Juman-goku is charmingly shaped like a shell, and the sauce inside is mild and pairs well with the fluffy filling. The mentaiko is not too spicy and has a grainy texture, making it easy to eat. There are also different flavors like wasabi and mentaiko available, allowing you to choose according to your mood.
