There are many types of tea, and the time spent choosing is enjoyable. When I encounter a cup with a strong aroma and a long aftertaste, it makes me feel happy. I can easily consult when I don't understand something, so it's reassuring even for first-timers. The very soft French toast pairs perfectly with the fragrant butter and cold ice cream. The gratin soup, which has the umami of onions, uses tea leaves and has a pleasant aftertaste. The calm space is comfortable to sit in, allowing for a relaxed time.
