Uzuma is the specialty here. After leaving Juso Meat Center, we came to Honjin-san! Former Hanshin Tigers pitcher Masuyama Yoshihisa is the owner of this restaurant! I don't know him, so I can't say for sure... I don't know about this.... The store is on the second floor, up the stairs. Inside the restaurant, there is a counter and tables. There is only one large table, so it would be better to make a reservation. It seems that Masuyama Pitcher was not there that day... What to order, Tsukebashidashi - cabbage White liver 530 yen Assorted hearts 530 yen Tama-himo 320 yen Chicken wings 530 yen Homemade pickles 300 yen Uzuma 340 yen Yakitomato 340 yen Sasami Umezushi (white meat with ume plum paste) 320 yen The sashimi was fresh and tasty with good texture! Skewers are 300 yen for two skewers The portion is very large, so it's very satisfying! I think it's rather cosy! The best dish at this restaurant is Uzuma! I've never heard this name before! In short, it is a quail version of Negima! I thought there was a part like that, lol. It's also quite tasty! The quail is very hot, so be careful not to burn yourself. I see that this restaurant also has a garlic bar! This yakitori looks like it will give you a lot of stamina! The white meat with plum paste is moist and refreshing, and I can't stop eating it! I had never heard of this restaurant either, so it was a new discovery for me! The stairs here are quite steep, so be careful on the way back! Don't fall down! The food was delicious, Honjin-san! feast samantha~♪♪
