You can relax in a space with the warmth of wood, featuring only counter seats. There is a wide variety of toppings, all of high quality, which is exciting. The bluefin tuna from Ishigaki Island, the fatty tuna grilled over charcoal that brings out its aroma, and the toromaki are melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The medium fatty tuna from Oma, the kelp-cured flounder from Aomori, and the yellowtail from Himi are all impressive, showcasing delicious foods from various regions. The harmony between the appetizers and the sushi is excellent, and the creativity of small dishes, such as a Japanese-style plate served on lotus root chips, is enjoyable. The menu changes with the seasons, so there are new discoveries every time I visit, which is satisfying.
