A hidden gem with enticing spicy curry

"Mary Spice" is a hidden gem located on the west side of Shinsekai, renowned for its spicy curry and chicken over rice. The interior features a relaxed atmosphere with reggae music playing in the background, and only counter seating is available. With each bite, the aroma and heat of the spices unfold, creating a curry with a rich, thick roux that is truly addictive. Its unique ambiance is also popular among international visitors, making it a place you’ll want to return to time and again.

It's a curry shop located near the New World, and it feels like a little hideaway. Inside, there are only seven seats at a curved counter, and reggae music plays, creating a pleasant atmosphere. They have classic options like katsu curry and vegetable curry, making it hard to decide which one to choose. The curry is easy to eat and has a gradually spreading aroma and spiciness that becomes addictive. The presentation is beautiful, and it's nice that it comes with soup and salad. The staff is efficient and friendly, making for a comfortable experience.
